In my last few posts I have been dropping a SproutWire link here and there (oh, there it is again!), so I guess you must be curious to hear more about it already.
And in my last post I promised to tell you more, so here we go!
One of the things I’m most insanely interested in is business. And when it comes to small business, that’s where I get passionate. (I won’t get into details about my business passion here, but if you’re new at this blog, here’s a post you might want to check out.)
A big part of the blogs I follow every day are related to small business.
And a big part of the stuff I write to this blog is somehow linked to the very topic.
With this background in mind, I guess it’s no surprise that back in December, when my friend Shane asked me to join a group of editors he was gathering to create a one stop location for all things small business, I jumped right in. That one stop location was of course SproutWire.
But what is it?
Think Digg, but run by a dedicated team of editors who browse the web to find the best articles, tips and ideas to share with anyone interested in small business. Each link comes with a short editorial that tells why the article is relevant to you and puts it in a broader context.
But, to really see how good this thing is, you have to experience it yourself.
SproutWire is going to a closed beta really soon, so you don’t have to wait for long. Just follow this link, input your name and e-mail address, and you will be notified and allowed entry right when the beta starts.
So, if you are interested in the best small business content out there, see you at SproutWire!
Beta opens tomorrow – The Wait is Over!!
This sounds great. I signed up for the beta.
Reminds me of Lifehacker – a blog that gathers the most relevant of information on a single subject.
Well done, C2162!
